Services

The following is a small sampling of services we can perform on your bike.  Ideally, we like to see your bike first before quoting you a price for services.  Often what is needed on a bike can be quite different then what is expected.  Sometimes bikes need more work then expected, and sometimes less. We will happily perform something as simple as a brake or derailleur adjustment, or a flat fix, up to a full overhaul of the entire bike.  We strive to get bikes in and out of our service area in 48 hours if possible, though sometimes it takes up to a week if additional special order parts are needed.
We gladly accept appointments.  Call us to schedule an appointment to minimize your loss of ride time on your bike.

Minor Tune-Up–$39.99

Our most inexpensive tune-up, this is mostly a safety check of the entire bike, including basic brake and derailleur adjustments. Parts are an additional cost if needed.

Tune-Up-$59.99

At this level we once again check all the systems of the bike, like the minor tune-up, and also perform more work on the wheels, such as truing and dishing(centering) them, and wheel bearing adjustments. Parts are an additional cost if needed.

Suspension Fork Overhauls–$65.00 and up.

Depending on your fork manufacturer, the recommended service is between 30-100 hour intervals.  This service can be as simple as just pulling the fork lower legs and replacing dust wipers to a full disassemble and re-build. Parts and lubricants are an additional cost.  See our Maintenance Tip on this service.

Full Suspension Frame Pivot Rebuild–$49.99-$99.99

This service addresses worn out bearings, axles, etc., on rear suspension frame pivots which lead to creaks and play in the frame. This service price varies with the age and complexity of the frame, as well as the scope of the job.

Wheel Building–$49.99-$74.99

With a mechanic on staff with over 20 years of wheel building experience, we can build any type of wheel for you. From a kids bike to a carbon fiber race wheel, standard or any type of tubeless, we can do it.

Wheel Truing–$9.99-$29.99

From a quick little straightening to major repair we got you covered.

Flat Repairs–$4.99-$14.99

Prices vary for this service. Bring in your wheel off the bike and we can have you in and out for as low as $4.99. We can also change your tube on your crazy bolt-on disc brake, internally geared rear wheel. If it’s a bike tire, we can change the tube. We’re fast and we’re good and we don’t charge an arm and a leg for this basic service.

Basic Brake or Derailleurs Adjustments–$4.99–$14.99

This is only a partial list, please call or come down to the shop for more in-depth analysis of your bikes service needs. All labor rates are based on a shop labor rate of $60 an hour.
