Description
Coverage for technical trails. Comfort for the climb.
From flowing singletrack to technical descents, the Smith Forefront 3 Mips Mountain Bike Helmet combines extended rear coverage with complete KOROYD® coverage and an integrated roll cage. Dial in the BOA® fit before you roll out, keep air moving on the climb, and tuck your eyewear away between laps.
Trail-focused impact protection
- Complete KOROYD® coverage: Lightweight, ventilated construction designed to absorb impact energy.
- Mips® Air Node: Integrated directly into the helmet padding and designed to help reduce rotational forces during certain angled impacts.
- Internal roll cage: Integrated throughout the helmet to help distribute impact forces.
- Extended rear coverage: Additional coverage at the back of the head for mountain bike riding.
Adjustable fit and cooling airflow
- BOA® 360 Fit System: Turn the dial for precise, on-the-fly micro-adjustments.
- 20 fixed vents: Provide consistent airflow as the trail heats up.
- AirEvac™ ventilation: Designed to integrate with Smith sunglasses and goggles to help reduce lens fogging.
- Three-position visor: Adjusts to accommodate goggle storage between laps.
- Front and rear eyewear storage channels: Store sunglasses when you’re not wearing them.
