Shipping policy
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. Bikes are shipped and insured through Bikeflights contracted with UPS. If there are no operational delays, shipping for bikes should take 3-5 business days dependent on location.

***All bikes, frames and high ticket items will require signature upon delivery. Please have someone present to sign, otherwise the packages will be rerouted to the nearest UPS Customer Care Center***
***We do not ship high ticket items to apartments nor freight forwarders. Shipping to businesses will be at our discretion. If you find that your shipping address falls under any of types, we can instead ship to a certified UPS Customer Care Center near you***
***If you are contacted about an order and refuse to respond back via email or text, we will cancel the order. Please understand that we contact you for our safety as well as yours***
We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call/text or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Local Delivery
We are now offering home delivery for residents in a 30 mile radius from our shop. If you're in the zone, you will be allowed to choose home delivery at checkout. We will then contact you to arrange delivery details. Home delivery is free on orders over $2000. $50 delivery fee for smaller orders.
