We have partnered with Upway (only takes E-Bikes) and Bicycle Blue Book (takes major brand E-bikes only) to make sure you get the best price for your bike. Each company has a different brand acceptance which means more power to you.

Bike Trade-In FAQs

Can any bicycle be traded in?

Trade-in eligibility and valuation depend on your bike’s condition. Please refer to Upway and Bicycle Blue Book for detailed trade-in criteria. We do not accept bikes with issues that compromise safety or make them unsellable, including:

  • Structural damage to the frame
  • Cracked or dented rims
  • Significant paint damage
  • Missing or non-functional components, including drivetrains and e-bike batteries

The better the condition, the higher the potential trade-in value. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact your local store!
What types of bikes do you accept for trade-in?

We accept a wide range of bikes in good working condition. Bring your bike in for an evaluation, and our team will review its condition and trade-in value.

Please bring the bike, any available purchase or service records, and a valid photo ID. Our team will guide you through the quick evaluation process.
